These terms apply when you order from Superger (Street 10 (HBL & Sawaira Bakery), Five-Star Food Street, Block L, North Nazimabad, Karachi) through this website.
Orders
An order is placed when you complete checkout and see your order page. For a bank deposit, the order goes to our kitchen once we see the money in our account. We may call you on the number you give us to confirm details. We can refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, or the details look wrong; if you have already paid, we refund you in full.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and include taxes. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. The amount shown on the checkout page is the amount you pay.
Payment
You can pay in cash on delivery / at pickup, or by bank deposit or transfer to the account shown on your order page. No payment is taken on this website. Late at night, or for large orders, we may ask for payment in advance by bank deposit before we start preparing your food.
Allergies and dietary needs
Our kitchen handles beef, chicken, mutton, dairy, wheat, eggs and other allergens. If you have an allergy, call us on 0330 3733 436 before ordering. Keto+ removes the bun but is prepared in the same kitchen.
